It is a simple and dynamic hands-on healing that can deepen and quicken the body's natural healing abilities. A gentle, soothing touch is applied to different areas of the body while fully clothed.
The practitioner lightly places their hands on the client or directly above the client and acts as a conduit or channel. Universal Life Force Energy flows into the practitioner and out their hands to the client. The healing energy connects with the client and every cell in their body, mind, soul and spirit to promote deep healing, relaxation, wellness, clarity, presence and peace.
Access Consciousness® Bars
The Bars® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. It is a gentle hands-on modality that creates greater ease for your body and clears the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, considerations, ideas and attitudes that may have limited you in the that area of life. Access Consciousness® Body Processes
A gentle, non-invasive hands-on energetic therapy that pours consciousness into the body. This approach connects deeply with you and your body and invites the body and it's molecular structure to change. These processes welcome the body's natural healing mechanisms in counteracting the negative effects of stress, trauma and dis-ease. This is an amazing tool for guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation and restoration. It is beneficial for a wide range of symptoms: emotional and physical pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, vertigo, digestive disorders, P.T.S.D., headaches, migraines and more. If you are experiencing a migraine please contact me right away. There is a process that can be done at onset or during the migraine for immediate relief.
Abuse Hold Process
This is a hands-on process for your body. It allows your body to release, to relax and to have a sense of peace. When you've been abused, whether it's mental, physical, emotional, monetary or any other form, you lock that in your body and try to hold it away from yourself and the rest of the world. In that process, you're prepared for the next abuse delivered at you. Literally, you rigidize and stress your body to always be on-alert. Prerequisites to receive this process: Listen to The Original Clearing the Issues of Abuse by Gary Douglas. Must be listened to at least 30 times. It can be played at low volume while you sleep as well as while you are awake.
Chakara Balancing
A powerful healing approach that uses Reiki, crystals and healing energy to cleanse, align and balance your chakras, opening up the channels for energy to flow uninhibited throughout the body.
Chakra balancing promotes deep healing and wellness within. Client's report feeling centered, balanced and a great sense of space bringing peace and joy.
Vibrational Sound Therapy
A deep healing modality that uses tuning forks and vibrational sound to clear energetic blockages within and around the body.
Tuning forks are placed on the body to melt away muscle tension, correct imbalances, dislodge stubborn issues and provide deep relaxation and healing. They are also used around the body in the field or aura, to balance any incoherence and bring it into the energy centers.
Energetic Manual Therapy & Scar Tissue Work
Amazing hands-on sessions we create together and customized just for you and your body. I incorporate Access Body Processes, Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage work into every session. These sessions change the structural integrity and function of your entire body and its systems, brining bounciness, eliminating pain, increasing mobility, space and joy!
Trigger Point TMJ Therapy
Very specific therapy targeting the jaw intraorrally and extraorally, TMJ, neck and head. Great for relieving jaw clenching and grinding. Relieving stress in the entire system. Relaxing the face, shoulders, neck and chest. Also opening up the lymphatic flow throughout the body. Softening tissues and appearance.
